SouthLand Constructors completed a 5,410 square foot interior renovation of the Hermitage Hall facility located in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Construction included renovating all the bedrooms located in one of the facility wings. Upgrades were made to the corridors. The ceilings were gutted and replaced and the lighting was updated to fit the industry standard. Due to the nature of this facility, it was imperative that the design plan safeguard against ligature in the renovation. Our team provided a safe and secure environment while working around the children, and protected the construction area each night. Hermitage Hall is a Residential Treatment Center specializing in serving youth who struggle with a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
